Leading role in HR for an international renowned player in FMCG. This HR manager plays a key role in both organization and the management team.
With a direct report to the CEO he or she will focus on measurable HR results and professionalizing HR processes. On the short term this concerns development of the competency map and implementation of the review process and other HR processes.
On a midlong term the role concerns creating stability and robustness in all HR processes and guiding and leading the cultural change.
Challenge for a professional HR manager who can handle responsibility. That can be operational and strategic in a informal company with 67 people. Someone confident to be a strong sparring partner for the management team and takes the lead. |

Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in HR Relevant education on bachelor/MBA level Experience in guiding the ‘ondernemingsraad’ Excellent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
